The food was amazing! Wasn’t expecting the ranch to taste that good as well as the Killer Chicken sandwich. They have pickles as self serve which is good to prevent themselves from accidentally adding them. Plus they won’t charge me extra for adding extra pickles. The price is decent for food that great.

Good fresh food, professional staff and clean environment! Pretty much all you can ask for. It's important that Juicy's has upheld it's culture and menu throughout time. The consistency matters. My Dad turned me on to Juicy's... he's been around a little longer than me (wink)
A great burger! Small menu, few options but always great food. You really only talk to the counter person who takes your order & they are always friendly & nice. Atmosphere is ok, it's just a strip mall local with counter service only but everything else makes up for that, and they are a great value for what you get. There are a number of other "fast food" places in the area that cost more for lesser quality. Try Juicy's, you will not be disappointed!!
I have to share this because it means a lot as a customer. I ordered some fries to go for Lamb at home on Tuesday night. When I came in, they unfortunately got my order mixed up with another and had to make more fries. The crew was very apologetic and told me I would get extra fries and even offered me a drink and a burger for waiting. You can tell this team enjoys working there and really cares about the customers. Not many places would provide that type of service but Juicys will and they will provide amazing food. That Tuesday crew is great!

Review: FRESH & down to Earth. This is a good little burger joint that I would go to again. The man at the counter said they get fresh beef every two days because they have so much business which I do believe. They even have delivery & online ordering. My cheeseburger was done well & I liked it, the french fries were good & I would say a small order will do most people just fine. The bathroom was a little dirty it was and dark but overall the restaurant was decently well kept. The decor is a little dark & the sunlight can be a little harsh off of the services but the food & customer service are good.
Came at 6 pm on a Saturday and it wasn’t too crowded. I think these might be the best burgers in Reno, but be prepared to wait a bit if they are busy. The ranch dressing is great with the fries. The fries come just crispy enough, and the burgers are always a good size.
So my husband a d I always went to the Juicy's on Wells Ave...they were absolutely awesome was sorry to see them shut down. But we decided to try out the McCarren outlet - we found out they are not associated with the Wells Location so we ordered a double cheeseburger for hubby and a single for me. Cheeseburger was dry so I asked the young lady for mayo and she gave me the bottle ...So the old man was right behind me grabbed the bottle from my hand and said she wasn't suppose to give you this...so I told him never mind then. I decided to go yo the bathroom to wash up the womens bathroom was closed so I went to the men's he yelled at me and my husband and told me to ask next time. So rude, unnecessary yelling burgers were nasty and dry but he does take care of his own friends. Will never go back and if you go good luck. Rude old man
